Indonesia’s 8% growth ambition can be achieved when businesses have confidence in how rules work in practice, since that confidence shapes investment and daily operations. Drawing on the experience of USABC members in Indonesia, this whitepaper offers eight recommendations to help make that confidence stronger, from import processes to the use of trade agreements. They are shared in a spirit of partnership and are designed to support the Government’s own priorities, so that Indonesian society shares the gains. USABC and its members look forward to continuing the conversation with the Government and helping turn these ideas into practice.
